Refund and Returns Policy

At A42 Store, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products and services. Due to the nature of the items we sell, including software licenses, server configurations, and digital freelance work, we have specific conditions under which refunds can be considered.

1. Digital Products (Licenses, Servers, Hosting)

Due to the irreversible nature of digital goods, all sales of the following products are final and non-refundable once delivered:

  • Software licenses (e.g., Windows, Office, antivirus, etc.)
  • Video game activation keys
  • Web hosting and email hosting plans
  • VPS and server provisioning
  • Domains and SSL certificates

We do not accept returns or exchanges for delivered digital goods.

2. Server Services and Subscriptions

We may offer partial refunds for server-related services (e.g., VPS, email hosting) within 7 calendar days of purchase, but only under the following conditions:

  • No significant usage has occurred (e.g., no outbound email, no high traffic load)
  • No policy violations (e.g., spam, abuse, illegal content)
  • The request is made in good faith and includes a valid reason

After 7 days, no refunds will be issued.

3. Freelance Services

Freelance services (such as development, design, or setup tasks) are billed based on project scope. Refunds for these services are only available:

  • If work has not yet started
  • If the project is canceled within 48 hours of payment
  • At our discretion, based on project progress and client communication

Custom work that has been delivered or partially completed is non-refundable.

4. Failed or Delayed Delivery

If you did not receive a digital product or experienced a significant delay (more than 48 hours) after successful payment:

  • Please contact us at support@a42.store
  • We will investigate and re-send or re-issue the product if applicable
  • If delivery is not possible, we will offer a full refund

5. Unauthorized Charges or Fraud

If you suspect unauthorized or fraudulent activity on your account or payment method, contact us immediately. We will work with our payment processor to investigate and take necessary action.

6. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please email us at:

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
